What you do

• You empower employees in the field and in-house service in their professional and sales skills across all industries – with a focus on prevention topics – as part of face-to-face training and virtual learning units.

• You act on an equal footing with your course participants, inform the leaders about their learning progress or define effective measures to create a more suitable learning environment in order to achieve positive results.

• You will be involved in conceptual work as an expert and will develop and develop both existing trainings. Define new trainings for physical and virtual training as needed

What you bring

• Professional card Private insurance, high school or comparable education

• Several years of experience in insurance consulting, experience in adult education SVEB beneficial

• Digital savvy, customer-oriented mindset, openness to new things and willingness to enable change across teams

• High initiative and strong performance and communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of German and French is advantageous
