Company and context
- Support in organizational course management (participant coordination, feedback process, SharePoint, LMS) This sets you apart
- Completed vocational training or studies, ideally in adult education, communication, business administration or social sciences
- Demonstrable knowledge in the insurance sector, ideally with practical experience in sales
- Adult education training, e.g. SVEB certificate, is an advantage
- Experience in the conception, implementation and evaluation of training, ideally in the sales or customer service environment
- Safe handling of didactic concepts and learning technologies (e.g. blended learning, e-learning, microlearning)
- Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with different target groups and stakeholders
- High independence and sense of responsibility in planning and implementing tasks
- Team orientation, openness to feedback and readiness for continuous development
- Style-confident knowledge of German in words and writing Why SWICA
