We are looking for powerful personalities for our trainee program in IT. The assignments during the 18-month program are designed across areas or projects and individually, according to your interests and skills.

• With practical assignments within and outside of IT, you are constantly deepening your technical know-how.
• Your assignments are continuously and individually planned and designed to suit your development path.
• During your trainee program, you will gain insights into the overall bank and discover the versatility of our bank.
• The training is rounded off by internal further education and trainee events, where you can constantly develop and network.
• Following the trainee program, you will have an exciting entry-level function in computer science with a focus on software engineering with versatile development opportunities.
• You have a university degree (bachelor/master level) in computer science or a technical field of study and very good knowledge of German.
• You are characterized by your great initiative as well as your networked and holistic thinking.
• You are open to new things and show a continuous willingness to learn and perform.
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
• Ideally, you also have initial professional experience or have the following technical knowledge: experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular and Typescript, knowledge in Continuous Integration & Delivery (CloudBees/Jenkins, Maven, Tomcat, Nexus, GitLab), experience in the use of AI solutions in software engineering
