The cultural promotion of the City of Zurich contributes to the vitality and diversity of cultural life in Zurich. The Department of Culture of the Presidential Department promotes cultural creation on three levels: It supports institutions from all fields of art with subsidies. It promotes the cultural creation of freelance artists in the various fields with unique contributions, scholarships and studios. And she herself organizes cultural events and runs cultural institutions.
Tasks
- They support both teams "Projects Culture" and "Project Promotion Culture" in the implementation of projects and projects.
- They participate in the development of presentations, concepts, strategy papers and legal bases.
- They help with the planning and implementation of events or workshops.
- They take on administrative tasks such as organising meetings or drawing up minutes.

These have a diverse character and range from the implementation of new measures from the cultural mission statement or from the administration, through the development of strategies to the development of new funding instruments.
