Full description
We are looking for an ambitious university practitioner for the Faculty of Building Consultancy Monument Preservation as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement for 12 months.
Tasks
- They do research in archives and libraries and write about buildings in Zurich.
- They provide documentation for advice on heritage conservation.
- They take on administrative tasks, organize meetings and create minutes.
- They support the preparation of content related to public relations and the organisation of the European Days of the Monument.
- You create final reports about completed conversions for our webpage.
- They accompany the building consultant on construction site dates.
Profile
- You are about to complete a degree in architecture or art history or have successfully completed your studies in the last 12 months.
- Basic knowledge of architectural history and architectural vocabulary
- Good written expression in German
- Experienced use of the common computer programs (MS 365)
- Interest in the building culture of Zurich and understanding of overarching urban contexts
- Motivation to engage within the administration for the concerns of the city
- Independent, precise and collegial working methods
