An auditorate at the Dielsdorf District Court allows students to enter the legal system. It takes a net year and is credited as a practical year in accordance with the admission conditions for the examination. Auditorate at the Dielsdorf District Court (100%) Your area of responsibility The Dielsdorf District Court employs nine auditors. As part of the auditorate, you are assigned to all areas of activity for which a district court in the canton of Zurich is responsible. By participating in negotiations, partly independent case handling and the editorial board of decisions, you will gain insight into civil law (e.g. claims including labour disputes, family and rental law), criminal law as well as debt recovery and bankruptcy law. Our ten positions as court clerks and face writers are regularly filled by our own auditors. They thus have the prospect of a longer activity at the Dielsdorf district court and a career in Zurich's justice. Your profile

- Completed legal studies;
- Very good knowledge of the official language;
- Good reputation (criminal register extract);
- Capability of action (certificate of ability to act)
