Role overview

Tasks

• Family-centered advice for pregnant women and mothers on the topic of breastfeeding and nutrition of the newborn in the women's clinic and children's hospital
• Independent and structured day organization both in the outpatient consultation hours and in the stationary setting including patient documentation and lead the care process
• Providing internal training and case discussions on breastfeeding, lactation, infant nutrition and aids
• Coaching of employees on the stations
• Close cooperation and regular, structured exchange with the experts of the Frauenklinik and Kinderspital as well as with the breastfeeding working group
• Co-creating guidelines on breastfeeding, lactation, infant nutrition and breastfeeding aids

Requirements

• Training as midwife or nurse FH / HF with the certificate breastfeeding and lactation consultant IBCLC or BSS
• Professional experience in acute hospital in the field of postpartum bed
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Joy, commitment and participation in multi-professional cooperation
