As part of the zKIS/EPIC program, you are actively involved in the introduction of a new clinic information system at the University Hospital Zurich. The project is one of the central digitalization initiatives of the USZ and helps to standardize clinical processes, improve cooperation and sustainably support the everyday work of employees.A dynamic environment with high impact awaits you, in which you actively participate, take on responsibility and together with an interdisciplinary team realize a future-oriented solution for the USZ.
The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients. Tasks: • You are responsible for all IT topics within the project • You coordinate the interface to IT and other areas such as operations and data protection and ensure that delivery through these areas is secure and punctual • You coordinate all tasks in the team and at the points of contact with other teams • You plan the tasks in the area of responsibility and enforce the planning in the team • You promote and challenge the team in daily work and remove obstacles from the way Requirements • You have repeated experience managing IT projects • You already have experience with Epic • You are familiar with a wide range of IT topics and move safely between infrastructure and implementation topics • You have experience with data migration and the construction of interfaces and can coordinate these topics • You are able to take on leadership and create an orderly working environment • You are able to develop solutions independently and together with people and to help the team find solutions (Coaching, Primus inter Pares) We offer: You will be given the opportunity to develop professionally and personally in a complex transformation project and take on responsibility with direct effect on the digital change in everyday hospital life.
