We are looking for an independent and service-oriented personality for the Mandat Prime Tower.

You can move that with us.

You manage a complex object on site and are the contact person: in for our customers. Your responsibilities include the following activities:

• Contact person: in our customer for the support of all house technical systems (HLKKSE)
• Coordination of various services
• Advising on ownership in all technical trades - even in complex issues
• Supervision of maintenance planning including the required evidence
• Organising and implementing building technology projects
• Monitoring of service and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary facilities
• Optimization of building operating costs with innovative ideas
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Repair services of household equipment
• Pictet service

You describe yourself as a service provider: in the innermost conviction. Positive feedback on your performance motivates you and spurs you on to further top performances. You also have the following requirements:

• Basic technical training in HLKSE
• Ideally, further training as a maintenance specialist
• Several years of experience in technical building maintenance are advantageous
• Organizational and communication talent
• Good computer user knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German
• Cat B driving licence mandatory
