The Center for Dental Medicine of the University of Zurich (ZZM) is an internationally recognized clinic, training and research center. In six specialized clinics and one institute, dentists work at the forefront of knowledge and in interdisciplinary teams to achieve the highest quality in patient treatment, teaching and research.
Tasks
- Ensuring the functionality of sanitary, heating and building systems as well as laboratory media supply (compressed air, gas, cooling and process media)
- Responsible for the maintenance, repairs and reassembly of dental treatment units, sterilisation facilities and dental equipment and equipment
- Independent handling of orders in the field of HVAC building technology and disruption interventions at technical facilities including control, analysis, optimization and maintenance
- Acceptance and commissioning of technical plants, plant operation via the control system or on site as well as evaluation of operating and plant data
- Participation in energy optimization as well as monitoring and coordination of external service providers and installation work
- Obtaining quotes and placing orders by agreement, preparation of reports, evaluations and technical documentation
- Management of warehouses and materials including goods orders and entry controls
- Implementation of instructions to users, employees and students:
- Responsible for providing technical information to internal and external contacts
- Performing occasional piquettes
Profile
You have a basic craftsmanship training as a sanitary installer:in, heating installer:in, polymechanic:in or a similar training with EFZ. In addition, you will have at least 5 years of professional experience in technical maintenance, ideally in the field of HVAC/building technology. Basic electrical engineering knowledge is an advantage. Resilience, service orientation and a high quality awareness distinguish you. Responsible and independent work with a high level of initiative is a matter of course for you. Teamwork as well as organizational and communication skills round off your profile as well as good PC user knowledge as well as very good German and English skills.
