For our customer, an established Swiss industrial company in the field of mechanical engineering and technical plant solutions, we are looking for a reliable, practical and travelling personality as a service technician mechanical engineering / plant assembly 80-100% (m/f). In this versatile function, you combine technical service missions with practical assembly work in the company. You are on the road around 50% of your working time and support customers directly on site. The remaining time you work at the site in the construction, assembly and preparation of machines and plants. The position is particularly suitable for a technical specialist who is looking for variety, enjoys working practically and enjoys not only assembling machines, but also supporting them in international or supra-regional use. 02 Your task – Construction, assembly and technical preparation of machinery and equipment in the plant – Implementation of service missions at customers on site Support for installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of machinery Analysis and correction of mechanical, pneumatic or electromechanical disturbances – Performance of functional tests, settings and technical controls Support for conversions, adjustments and optimizations of existing plants Preparation of machines, assemblies and components for customer installations – Cooperation with assembly, technology, engineering, spare parts service and project managers Documentation of the work carried out, feedback and technical findings Ensuring a clean, reliable and customer-oriented way of working 03

04 Your profile You have a basic technical training and enjoy machines, assembly, service missions and direct customer contact. It is important that you like to be on the road and can also take longer missions professionally and reliably.

Ideally, you bring

– Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, automatic engineer, automatic installer, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, plant and apparatus manufacturer or comparable technical training – Experience in assembly, mechanical engineering, service, maintenance or plant construction is advantageous – Good technical understanding in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electromechanical – Ability to understand technical drawings, schemes and assembly documents Enjoying practical work, troubleshooting and technical solutions High travel readiness of around 50%, sometimes also for assignments over several weeks – Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working method – Customer-oriented appearance and pleasure in an international or supra-regional environment – Good knowledge of German in words and writing Knowledge of English is an advantage

• Category B driving licence is advantageous
