About the role With our competent services, we secure the value of our properties and ensure trouble-free production operations. We are responsible for infrastructural and technical plant and building maintenance at the Zurich and Widen locations. In addition to preventive maintenance work, we are also responsible for repairs and cleanliness in the properties and outdoor areas. To strengthen our team, we are looking for one at the location in Zurich-Altstetten: Building technician / Allrounder Facility Management (m/f/d)
- Acceptance and correction of plant and structural disturbances
- Maintenance of technical installations
- Assistance and support of external companies
- Troubleshooting and professional documentation in the CAFM
- Support for conversions and smaller projects
Your skills and experience
- Completed technical training in HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary) electric with NIV15 advantageous
- Several years of experience in building technology
- Readiness of Pikettdienst in Zurich and Widen
- Strong service orientation and solution-oriented working methods
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Category B ticket
