Our customer is an internationally active technology company in mechanical and plant engineering. The high-quality, technically demanding systems are used by customers worldwide. To strengthen the service team, we are looking for a committed personality who likes to travel, solves technical challenges independently and enjoys direct customer contact. 02 Your task As a service technician, you are used internationally by customers and ensure the reliable function of the plants and machines.

Their varied activities include

– Implementation of service and maintenance operations at customers in Germany and abroad – Analysis of technical faults and independent troubleshooting Repairs, revisions and technical adjustments to existing machinery – Assembly, installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment – Implementation of preliminary and final acceptances – Support for conversions and modernizations – Training and instruction of customers and operators – Technical advice and customer support on site Assistance in handling service requests – Participation in the planning and implementation of services – Technical support for spare parts requests and their clarification 03

Ideally, bring the following

– Completed technical training, e.g. as a polymechanic, mechatronics specialist or in a comparable profession Strong mechanical and technical understanding Experience in service, maintenance or mechanical engineering is an advantage – Knowledge of CNC controls is a plus – Experience with industrial machinery and equipment is an advantage High quality and safety awareness – Very good English skills in word and writing – Other foreign languages are beneficial – Interest in technically sophisticated CNC-controlled machines – High willingness to travel and flexibility – Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method Analytical thinking skills and strong problem-solving skills – Customer-oriented and professional appearance – Joy of contact with people and cooperation with different contacts High willingness to learn, resilience and responsibility 05 Worth knowing She expects varied and responsible work with international customer contact and technically demanding tasks.
