02 Your responsibilities
- You repair and service household appliances from all common brands directly at customers' premises, independently and with a high level of technical expertise
- You quickly identify faults, determine which spare parts are needed and realistically estimate the work involved
- You provide our customers with expert advice when purchasing new appliances, answer technical questions and provide practical tips on use and care
- You document all work and customer appointments carefully and digitally

04 Your profile
- You have completed technical training as an electrical fitter, automation technician, refrigeration technician, automotive mechatronics technician or an equivalent apprenticeship. Alternatively, you have at least two years of professional experience repairing household appliances
- You really enjoy direct, personal interaction with customers
- You are used to working independently, but also work very well in a team
- You present yourself in a friendly and well-groomed manner
- You have a category B driving licence
