Tasks
- In this function, you will process online, telephone and written support requests from customers and internal bodies.
- You collect support requests and coordinate them together with customer service, consulting team and purchasing.
- The provision of the tools for customer supply, recording of repairs, repair of equipment, reporting and dispatching of spare parts as well as the coordination with the manufacturer in the event of returns together with purchasing are further main tasks.
- You are jointly responsible for the support of the service center telephone during opening hours (08.30 – 12.00 & 13.15 – 17.00).
- The participation in projects round off the versatile field of responsibility.
Requirements
- You have completed a basic technical training (electronician, computer service technician, computer scientist, etc.) and have experience in supporting iOS, Android, PC and other electrical devices.
- You work independently, structured and reliable, appreciate the cooperation in the team and with other departments and enjoy actively shaping processes and continuously improving them.
- A very strong technical understanding and high customer and service orientation distinguish you.
- Very good knowledge of German rounds off your profile and good knowledge of French (B1) is a prerequisite for our customer communication. Ideally, you also have good knowledge of English.
