Fieldforce is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the HFC infrastructure and ensures availability and quality in collaboration with internal and external organizations and partners.
On behalf of the platform owners, Fieldforce undertakes on-site operations in other network infrastructures at all service levels as well as at technical locations. YOUR CHALLENGE:
Operational activities (troubleshooting and rectification, corrective and preventive maintenance) within HFC and fiber networks on all network levels in the area
Complex problem solving through in-depth knowledge in the construction and operation of HFC, fiber optic and infrastructure on all network and service levels
Independent work within HE, SHE, HUB on the instructions of the technician responsible for the area
Commissioning and transfer of subnets and network elements into operational network operation
Close cooperation with HFCS, NMC and regional order management
Reviews and samples of the services of our external partner companies
Performs night and weekend work in accordance with.
Planning and on-call in all Fieldforce relevant areas
