Where we are looking for them
- Head of the overall system development of complex air defense systems (System of Systems)
- Leadership of a team with various sub-project managers and their teams
- Coordination of the technical area of involved international partner companies, with their own development work, within the framework of international development cooperation
- Programming in cooperation with the commercial programme manager (m/f/d)
- Preparation of technical contract documents (product specifications, acceptance concepts) as well as the specifications for partners and suppliers
- Perform analysis of customer requests and needs
- Development of overall and subsystem solutions incl. Embedding in higher-level systems and creating the Top Level Design Doc
- Creation of overall system concepts and implementation of technical presentations and customer discussions WHAT YOU SHOULD BUILD
- Sound management experience and track record in technical project management of complex projects / programs
- Technical Academic Degree (FH/ETH)
- Relevant professional experience in system design of complex complete systems
- Additional training in business management topics v. Advantage
- Military training or further professional experience in defence v. Advantage
- Independent working methods and strong teamwork
- Negotiable knowledge of German and English
- Readiness for travel activities related to project contracts
