Canton of Zurich Security Directorate Office for Military and Civil Protection Technical staff with flair on IT and network technology 100% Together, around 140 employees at the Office for Military and Civil Protection in Zurich, Birmensdorf and Andelfingen make an important contribution to the security of the population. The Civil Protection Department at the Training Centre in Andelfingen (AZA) is responsible for the training and further education of persons subject to protective service in the Canton of Zurich. The AZA has a versatile training infrastructure for one- or multi-day courses, operational exercises and seminars of all kinds. Our infrastructures are available to civil protection, fire brigades, police, medical services, the army and also civilian organizers. From 01.01.2027 or by agreement we are looking for a new committed team member. Your tasks
- You operate and design the network of the training center and develop it further
- You ensure that the entire course infrastructure runs smoothly, from notebooks to printers to multimedia technology
- As a link between department and technology, you coordinate concerns and bring the right partners together
- You actively participate in exciting digitalization projects of the Office
- You are the first point of contact for technical questions and help employees and course participants quickly and easily your profile
- Completed vocational apprenticeship as computer scientist or telematician
- Very good knowledge in technical support as well as in the network and server area
- Independent, solution- and customer-oriented working method
- Readiness for occasional special operations
- Very good knowledge of German, English is an advantage
- Knowledge of civil and civil protection is beneficial
- Driver's license Cat. B Advantage We offer
