- In this key role, you will take on the technical and organizational management of the secretariat and make a significant contribution to the smooth running of specialist medical consultations.
- You work closely with the medical profession and the medical administration and are the central contact person for your team.

- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts. Here you will be involved:
- in the team management of the secretariat with 3 MPA^s
- in the planning of a smooth running of specialist medical consultations
- in close cooperation with the medical administration assistant
- in patient care before, during and after the examinations
- in various administrative work including reporting
- in the independent implementation of technical examinations and assistance with specialist medical treatments, especially outpatient varicose vein operations

- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts. Here you will be involved:
- already have initial management experience - this would be an advantage enjoy writing medical reports feel confident in daily patient contact
