For our Services area, we are looking for a leader who keeps track, sets priorities and actively drives change together with your team. Tasks: You take over the technical and personnel management of our service team and ensure that the diverse tasks and processes are performed reliably, efficiently and customer-oriented. You not only keep an eye on day-to-day business, but also recognize potential for improvement and actively develop the area. You work closely with the bank management, support them in central issues and make a significant contribution to the successful further development of our bank together with your team. Their main tasks include: • Overall responsibility for services • Leadership, coaching and further development of employees • Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations • Initiating and accompanying changes and further developments within the area • Close cooperation with the bank management and internal and external stakeholders What your team is responsible for: Together with your team, you are responsible for central services of our bank in the areas of: • Customer service with administrative services for our customers • Back office with master data management, payment transactions and accounting • Controlling and risk control : Development of targeted MIS reporting • Safety including implementation and compliance with relevant requirements • Computer science in close cooperation with Raiffeisen Switzerland • Infrastructure including coordination of our external partner as well as preparation of major maintenance and investment projects for the bank management What makes this function special: They take responsibility for a wide range of topics, work closely with the bank management and actively shape the further development of our service area. You not only develop processes further, but also the people in your team. In short, they leave traces. Requirements • Several years of experience in personnel management and employee development • In-depth experience in the back office, operations or service environment, ideally in banking • Higher business or banking training • Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to implement changes pragmatically and sustainably • High personal responsibility, decision-making as well as the ability to set priorities and keep an overview in a broad area of responsibility We offer: We invite our employees to actively participate in their work and to take on responsibility.
