Manage production and delivery processes, ensuring timely deliveries.
Several years' experience in a production environment Degree in food industry / FMCG
Completed technical or commercial training (e.g. food technology, production, HF/FH or equivalent)

Lead, coach, and develop your team (20-25 employees) to achieve top performance.
Manage production and delivery processes, ensuring timely deliveries.
Continuously optimize workflows (Lean, Kaizen) to increase efficiency and quality.
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Coordinate interfaces with purchasing, engineering, and quality management. Requirements
Several years of professional experience: in a production environment
Completed degree (University/ETH, FH, HF): food industry / FMCG
Completed technical or commercial training (e.g. food technology, production technology, HF/FH or equivalent).
Several years of professional experience in production or supply chain in the food industry / FMCG, including leadership experience.
In-depth knowledge of production control, Lean methods, as well as basic knowledge of QM and GMP/HACCP requirements.
