- Operational responsibility for day-to-day business in the area of restaurant and banquet service including active participation in service
- Planning, management and operational management of the restaurant and banquet service team taking into account load, quality and cost-effectiveness

Main responsibilities
- Operational responsibility for day-to-day business in the area of restaurant and banquet service including active participation in service
- Planning, management and operational management of the restaurant and banquet service team taking into account load, quality and cost-effectiveness
- Ensuring a professional guest experience, especially for banquets, events and company events, in close cooperation with the Head of Gastronomy & Events and the interface partners
- Planning and securing of cash processes as well as administrative processes and systems
- Management of procurement and storage management of drinks and snacks
- Planning and further development of the Beverage competence and the offer
- Planning and ensuring quality, hygiene and safety in service in compliance with legal requirements and standards Requirements Professional experience: 2 to 3 years
- Completed basic or further education: in the catering or hotel industry Communication and team skills
- Customer-oriented, open and friendly personality
- Readiness for regular evening and weekend assignments in the main season from April to October; closed over Christmas and New Year
