• Leadership and development of the project management team of up to ten project managers:women in the East Region
• Ensuring the successful implementation of projects after receipt of orders
• Monitor processes, resources, deadlines, costs and quality goals
• Support of the team in technical-commercial solutions, scheduling and quality assurance
• Organisation and coordination of the technical training of employees as well as ensuring compliance with quality and safety guidelines
• Development of efficiency measures in the project business
• Contact person for sales and key customers: inside
• Place of work: Volketswil or Zurich Your talents and experiences
• Electrical, safety or IT training with equivalent training (HF/FH/NDS/CAS) or equivalent
• Several years of experience in project management
• Experience leading a team
• The joy of dealing with people
• Resilient, committed, independent and communicative personality
• Ideal experience in the security industry: Building Security | Siemens
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Knowledge of English and/or another national language
