• You are responsible for the Utilization and Acquisition team in the Zurich metropolitan area, including the main station, city stations and Europaallee, ensuring the achievement of economic objectives with high parking quality.
• With your team of around nine people you will acquire new tenants and develop an interesting mix of tenants in the portfolio, for which you are responsible.
• Manage and develop your team at both strategic and operational levels and create transparency on objectives, priorities and results.
• Develop and maintain equal relationships with customers and internal partners.
• You carefully prepare challenging negotiations and lead them to conclusion with the aim of securing suitable partners for the properties. In project management committees you represent management in large projects.
• Collaborate on higher-level conceptual, strategic or product-specific projects and take direction if necessary. What you take with you.

• Leadership skills and enthusiasm for developing staff with clear and respectful communication.
• Strong negotiation skills and confident management of stakeholders in a complex real estate context.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic and operational approach.
• You have many years of experience in the real estate sector or in the marketing or use of retail, catering and office space and have successfully managed complex projects.
• A university degree or SUP in business economics, real estate management/real estate management or similar, complemented by many years of experience in leading in a similar function.
• Excellent command of German (C2) and good knowledge of French and/or English (B1) are required.
