- In this key role, you take responsibility for the strategic direction and operational excellence of a dynamic business advisor team and make a significant contribution to the further development of our HR organization. Your tasks
- Responsible for the strategic management and prioritization of HR Business Advisory in close coordination with business stakeholders and the overarching corporate goals
- Ensure simple, efficient and scalable HR processes with a strong focus on user orientation, quality and continuous optimization
- Professional leadership, coaching and further development of the team as well as promoting a collaborative, performance-oriented and innovative team culture
- Build and ensure a high level of product and service expertise within the team to ensure consistent, professional and customer-oriented advice for internal stakeholders
- Promote transparency, alignment and cross-sectoral collaboration for the successful implementation of HR initiatives and operational services
- Responsible for the continuous development of the HR service portfolio as well as for the standardization and simplification of existing offers and processes
- Working closely with internal and external partners to ensure that the HR strategy is effectively implemented and meets the needs of the organization
