• Professional and human leadership as well as further development of a motivated HLKS team
• Promoting open, performance-oriented and cross-team collaboration Responsibility for the successful planning and implementation of demanding HVAC projects
• Active maintenance and further development of customer relationships as well as support in the acquisition of new projects
• Participation in market activities, customer events, offers and presentations

• Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs and resources in your area of responsibility
• Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams from building technology, electrical engineering, building automation, building physics and other specialist areas

• Completed studies as an HLKS engineer: in FH or a comparable education with corresponding professional experience
• Several years of experience in the planning and realization of demanding building technology projects
• First leadership experience or motivation to take the next career step towards team leadership
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong customer and service orientation
• Enjoy promoting employees and achieving success together
• Secure appearance and stylish communication to customers and project partners
• Interest in innovations, sustainable solutions and the further development of building technology
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
