Key requirements
- Provide professional and operational leadership of the business analytics team
- Operate in analyses, report creation, performance and customer journey analysis
- Analyze and interpret marketing, customer, and campaign data to derive data-based recommendations
- Develop KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and data-driven decision-making processes
- Identify optimization potential along the customer journey and support conversion and performance optimization
- Manage and prioritize analytics, tracking, and performance projects
- Collaborate closely with departments, media, CRM, product, business, and data teams
- Ensure high data quality and develop tracking, tagging, and attribution concepts
