Key requirements
- You have an oath.
- Real estate management or an Eidg. Diploma Immobilientreuhand
- You have many years of professional experience in the real estate industry, special knowledge in rental law as well as construction and marketing knowledge
- Your mother tongue is German and you can advantageously communicate verbally and in writing in other languages
- You have empathy and the ability to perform together as a team
- You think and act entrepreneurially and have the pleasure of shaping the Livit
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally and enjoy dealing with people
- You have a high level of social and self-competence with the ability to self-control
- You are digitally affine, have self-learning skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge
