Canton of Zurich Education Directorate General Secretariat Team Leader/in operation maintenance 80% The General Secretariat is the staff organisation of the Education Directorate. Around 60 employees provide central services for the director and offices. Together with the local organisations, the Operation Team of the Buildings Department of the General Secretariat and its value-preserving measures ensure that the buildings of the vocational and secondary schools remain in a needs-based and sustainable condition. The value of the 180 buildings in the upper secondary level II portfolio stands at around 14 million a year. Fr. available. • Leadership and coordination of the operations team and ensuring efficient and quality-oriented service delivery
• Planning, organisation and monitoring of ongoing building operations
• Operator responsibility in accordance with the cantonal tenant model, verification and enforcement of compliance with legal requirements, standards, guidelines and safety requirements
• planning and controlling value-preserving measures and costs; independent handling of operator projects up to CHF 300,000
• Ensuring operational and installation documentation
• Further development of the farm organisation
• Central contact for the 40 cantonal vocational and secondary schools Your profile
• You have technical or craft training, ideally supplemented by further training in facility management, building technology or operational maintenance
• You have mind. 10 years of professional experience, ideally in a leadership or coordination role.
