Main responsibilities
- You will take over the personnel and professional leadership and further development of the Customer Relationship team with around 10 experienced employees
- Together with your team, you ensure first-class advice for existing customers
- You act as a professional leader and coach, accompany employees in their further development and actively support them in day-to-day business as well as in challenging questions
- You shape the content and strategic development of the area and actively drive the digital transformation towards an integrated, cross-channel customer experience
- You develop, optimize and control business processes with the aim of continuously improving efficiency, quality and customer experience, and you use your operational know-how in a targeted manner.
- You ensure compliance with high professional and qualitative standards and use KPIs specifically for control and further development
- You identify professional potential, develop skills and promote knowledge exchange and team learning
- You act as a community driver, connect people, create exchange across team and area boundaries and strengthen a culture of cooperation and mutual support.
