- Around 50% of your time you are hands-on: You develop scalable features together with the team, participate in architectural decisions and take care of the technical and professional orientation in the team

Main responsibilities
- Leadership of the newly formed team and creating the conditions for successful cooperation
- Around 50% of your time you are hands-on: You develop scalable features together with the team, participate in architectural decisions and take care of the technical and professional orientation in the team
- As a sparring partner for product owners, UX designers and software architects, explain technical topics in such a way that they are also understandable outside of engineering
- Promote cross-team topics, keep stakeholders informed, act as a bridge to the Head of Engineering, make successes of the team visible and carry relevant decisions back into the team
- Actively shape cooperation with our external development partner and find ways in which internal and external development work well together
- Taking responsibility for the professional and personal development of the team members
- Empower the team to make decisions themselves, take the concerns of team members seriously and create a motivating and positive environment as a reliable leader Requirements
- 5+ years: Software Engineering / Software Development
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Computer Science / Computer Science
- Strong ability to lead and empathize as well as enjoy dealing with different personalities and cultural backgrounds
