Ready to take on leadership and actively shape care? The Spitex right Limmat valley connects the proximity to the city of Zurich with a versatile, regionally anchored supply area. As a modern and future-oriented non-profit company, we work with over 80 employees to ensure that people are looked after and cared for professionally and individually in their familiar home. On behalf of the municipalities of Oberengstringen, Unterengstringen, Weiningen, Geroldswil, Oetwil an der Limmat and Fahrweid, we are there for more than 22,500 inhabitants. For one of our care teams, we are looking for a committed and leadership-strong personality as Team management care HF/FH 80-100% Do you like to lead people, give orientation and take responsibility? At the same time, do you not only want to organize, but also develop and shape outpatient care together with your team? Then you can expect a versatile management task with creative leeway and development opportunities.

Their main tasks include

• Personnel and organizational management of a care team with around 15 employees
• Coordination with three employees
• Organization and management of day-to-day business in cooperation with day-to-day managers
• Ensuring professional and high-quality care in compliance with legal and operational requirements
• Contact person for employees, clients and their relatives
• Promotion and further development of employees as well as participation in the optimization of processes and interfaces
• Close cooperation with the management team, the other team leaders and internal and external partners

If suitably suited and interested, it is possible to additionally assume the function of deputy of the care management.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed training as a dipl. Nurse HF/FH or an equivalent education recognised in Switzerland
• Leadership experience or strong leadership potential and the motivation to assume leadership responsibility and develop in this area
• Further training in leadership/management or the willingness to complete one
• Proven professional and social competence as well as pleasure in the management and development of employees
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Strength of communication, initiative and joy in actively shaping change
