- Personnel and nursing organizational management of our endoscopy team with around 7 full-time positions
- of personnel deployment, responsible for recruitment and employee development
- Active participation in gastroenterological and pneumological studies and interventions (including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, bronchoscopy and EBUS)
- Responsibility for efficient work processes as well as quality, hygiene and preparation standards
- Responsibility and coordination of material, drug and device management
- Further development of standards, SOPs and work processes in close cooperation with the medical management
- Active co-creation of our endoscopy as part of the current transformation and the further development of structures and processes Requirements
- Leadership experience and/or leadership training
- Enjoying leadership, employee development and interprofessional collaboration
- Strong organisational capacity as well as an independent, solution-oriented and efficient working method
