• You are responsible for the utilization and acquisition team in the greater Zurich area including the main train station, city train stations and Europaallee and combine economic goal achievement with high quality of stay.
• With your team of around 9 people, you will acquire new tenants and develop an attractive tenant mix in the portfolio for which you are responsible.
• You lead and develop your team both strategically and operationally and create clarity on goals, priorities and results.
• You develop relationships with customers and internal partners and maintain them on an equal footing.
• You carefully prepare demanding negotiations and carry them through to completion in order to attract suitable partners for the properties. In project steering committees, you represent management within the framework of large projects.
• You will work on higher-level conceptual, strategic or product-specific projects and, if necessary, take charge. This is what you bring with you.

• Leadership and joy in developing employees with clear and appreciative communication.
• Strong negotiation skills and secure stakeholder management in demanding real estate environments.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
• You have several years of experience in the real estate sector or in the commercial marketing or use of retail, catering and office space and have successfully supported complex projects.
• University degree (University/FH) in business administration, real estate/real estate management or related, supplemented by several years of management experience in a comparable function.
• We require business fluency in German (C2) as well as good knowledge of French and/or English (B1).
