As of November 1, 2026, we are looking for a committed personality as Team Leader Room Service (80%). You lead a team of 15 employees and actively work in the Room Service.
Tasks
- Operational leadership of a room service team
- Coordination of the team on several bed stations
- Preparation of work plans
- Control and optimization of work processes and implementation of innovations
- Active participation in room service in day-to-day business
- Cooperation with the entire guest service, catering, care and other interfaces
Profile
- Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy
- Experience in Room Service Health Care activities
- Ideally, leadership experience in a comparable area of responsibility
- Digital affinity and versed with the common tools
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C2) in word and writing
- Quiet and thoughtful decision-making ability even in hectic situations
