04 Your profile – Completed basic technical training as an automatic engineer EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, electronic engineer EFZ, polymechanic EFZ or equivalent technical training – Technical further education at HF level or a comparable qualification is a big plus – Professional experience in technical service or field service – Approval according to NIV Art. 15 is ideally available – Initial experience in the professional or personnel management of employees is desirable – Strong organizational talent as well as the ability to prioritize tasks meaningfully – Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking combined with an independent working method – Enjoy a versatile function that combines personnel management, technical tasks and administrative activities 05 Worth knowing
