Main responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the strategic management of the insurance products, underwriting, claims interface, with particular focus on the long-term market positioning and continuous development of the product portfolio.
- Leadership and development of the 3 team in the relevant areas, promotion of a performance-oriented and innovative corporate culture and support of employees in their development.
- Define and implement the product strategy for the entire portfolio (own and external products), including the identification and development of innovative insurance products and services, tailored to market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Overarching responsibility for underwriting, especially with regard to profitability, efficiency increase and automation in the underwriting process.
