As a team leader: in private customers, you inspire our customers in the Küsnacht and Zumikon region and develop your employees further. Together with your team, you shape the customer experience in our branches and take responsibility for customers in the private customer segment. You promote a customer-oriented sales and consulting culture and motivate your team to perform at its best. Your team welcomes all visitors to the branches and is responsible for advising and developing our private customers. In addition to holistic advice in the areas of pensions, payments, savings and investing – with a special focus on everyday banking and systematic asset accumulation – you recognize further customer needs together with your team and initiate targeted referrals to specialists. Your tasks Your tasks

• Leadership, promotion and development of your employees (team of 9-10 employees at the Küsnacht and Zumikon locations)
• Ensuring high-quality training and support for employees and young talents
• Active management and support of sales and market development campaigns in the regions of Küsnacht and Zumikon
• Advising private customers in the areas of figures (account and card assortment), saving, investing and provisioning
• Recognizing customer potential, capturing customer needs and developing suitable solutions
• Accompanying our customers in the digital world (e-banking, mobile banking, digital services) and self-service (automaton zone)
• Acquisition of new customers as well as recognizing and communicating further customer needs to internal specialists:
• Settlement of cash, currency exchange and precious metal transactions in the branch
• Resource and operational planning for your team

Your profile Your profile

• Completed banking specialist training or equivalent training as well as completed or ongoing further education (e.g. Bachelor in Banking & Finance, HF Business Administration or similar)
• Several years of experience in sales in the banking industry, first management experience of advantage
• Pronounced sales and service orientation with pleasure in active customer advice
• Enthusiasm for leadership, coaching and further development of people
• Trustworthy, communicative and empathetic personality that fits well into the regional environment of Küsnacht and Zumikon
• High self-motivation, self-responsibility and strong organizational talent
• Careful, safe appearance and very good manners
