Main responsibilities
- You take over the professional and personnel management of 10 to 12 employees and create a motivating working environment.
- Ensuring that all orders are completed on time and in perfect quality
- You can independently make informed decisions in complex research and support your team in finding solutions.
- Professional error management for the detection, analysis and correction of affected transactions.
- You maintain and develop close cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, compliance) as well as external financial institutions.
- At least 4 years: Professional and/or functional professional experience with strong leadership and methodological skills. Higher School: Banking
- You have profound knowledge of the rules in payment transactions.
