Main responsibilities
- Manage the order picking team of 20 employees both personally and professionally
- Ensure smooth processes and contribute to the continuous improvement process (KVP) in daily operations
- Support employee development, conduct performance reviews, and semi-annual employee qualifications
- Promote and further develop cross-departmental collaboration within the distribution center
- Actively support daily operations on the floor, such as order picking, inventory checks, transfers, and openings Participate in site-specific projects Requirements
- 10 years of professional experience: in logistics including leadership experience
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): in logistics or higher technical school with a focus on logistics
- Excellent communication skills and strong leadership and social competencies
