YOUR TASKS

• You lead and develop your surgical team professionally as well as personnel, very independently, strengthen individual competences and maintain an appreciative feedback culture
• You work in the operating room (instrumentation, service, storage), are responsible for predictive personnel planning and ensure high productivity
• You are actively involved in budget planning, recruitment and projects, acting as a connecting interface between team and management, ensuring first-class, customer-focused patient care and responsible for complete, correct performance recording and documentation.
• You coordinate the operation efficiently – from OT activities to well-thought-out slot planning, rental materials, material orders and equipment coordination and thus ensure smooth processes
• You push ahead with quality and process optimizations, evaluate new materials and devices together with partner doctors and always keep the economy in mind

Your profile

• Degree as a Dipl. Specialist/Expert Operations Engineering HF
• Leadership experience as well as training or further education in the field of leadership and leadership are welcome but not a prerequisite. But you like to bring the willingness to complete such a
• Ideally, you will bring experience in the field of outpatient surgery or in outpatient setting
• As a leader, you bring a high sense of responsibility and lead your team with clarity and good communication at eye level.
