In our new logistics centre in Regensdorf, you will lead your team with passion, develop employees and ensure that our customers can count on us every day.

Main responsibilities

  • Leadership & Development: You take over the personnel and professional management of your team in the goods outlet (about 12-14 people) and promote the further development of your employees and deputies.
  • Operational Responsibility: Together with the upstream departments, you ensure a smooth operational process and always focus on the needs of our customers.
  • Process optimization: You analyze existing processes, question established working methods and drive continuous improvements.
  • Communication & Collaboration: You work closely with other departments and ensure a transparent and efficient flow of information across all relevant interfaces.
  • Compliance with standards: You ensure compliance with safety, quality and hygiene standards.

Key requirements

  • 3+ years: Logistics Eidg. Logistics, Processes, Leadership
  • Logistics Experience: You have several years of professional experience in logistics and know the challenges of a dynamic operational environment.
  • Leadership competence: You have already successfully led teams and motivate your employees to achieve top performance with a situational leadership style.
