The Logistics Returns department coordinates the recycling and disposal process at the Migros Zurich cooperative. For this area in our headquarters in the city of Zurich, we are looking for reinforcements for our team.

Mansioni

• Line of the container outlet, container washing plant and container sorting plant
• Professional management and operational planning of the approximately 10 employees
• Responsibility for the washing process of about 20,000 packs per day
• Responsibility for the sorting process of about 80,000 containers per day
• Coordination of interfaces between Entlad Truck and Belad Truck / railway car
• Continuous improvement of processes and plant availability
• Partial participation in day-to-day business
• Deputy of the entire return logistics in case of absences

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience: in a comparable management position
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): logistics specialist and further training in the field of logistics, technology or business administration (e.g. logistics specialist)
• Strong leadership and social skills
• Technical understanding and a flair for logistics facilities
• Open, team-capable and reliable personality with independent working methods
• Enforcement and hands-on mentality
• Very good IT user knowledge (including Microsoft Excel)
• German (very good knowledge)

Recruitment process
