- You lead and develop the team incoming goods consisting of 10–16 employees
- You plan and control the personnel deployment as well as the daily logistics processes
Main responsibilities
- You lead and develop the team incoming goods consisting of 10–16 employees
- You plan and control the personnel deployment as well as the daily logistics processes
- You ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality regulations
- You optimize processes together with the head of intralogistics and bring your own ideas
- You work in logistics projects and ensure a smooth process with SAP Requirements
- 5 years of experience: in intralogistics, ideally with first management experience
- Completed basic or further training: as a logistician EFZ, ideally with further training (e.g. logistics specialist FA)
- You organize in a structured way, quickly identify optimization potential and set improvements with a good sense of priorities
- You communicate clearly, appear safely and assert yourself in everyday life
- Forklift ID (SUVA-recognized), good SAP knowledge (S4/EWM) in German (negotiation confident) Cosa of friamo
