- You are trained to become a Dipl.
- Intensive care expert NDS HF or have completed an equivalent specialist training in intensive care and have at least five years of professional experience in an intensive care unit of a Swiss acute hospital
- You may have already gained initial leadership experience and you enjoy leading, supporting and developing a team
- You would like to combine different profiles in your job - with us you can coordinate, lead and work at the bedside in a balanced relationship

Company and context
- Organizational and technical support of the intensive care unit's nursing team, as well as active participation in nursing in shift operations
- Independent coordination of the 22 beds in the intensive care unit and the beds in the monitoring ward in collaboration with the intensive care doctor in the early and late shifts
- Checking and monitoring the specified quality standards and characteristics of the clinic, in collaboration with the management team
- Instructing, supporting and advising the intensive care unit employees in nursing, professional and administrative matters organizational matters
- Responsible and empathetic leadership of a team of around 20 employees
- Conducting employee appraisals and qualifications as well as recognizing employees' resources and their targeted support and motivation
