• You take responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen area and ensure an environment in which our guests and the team feel equally appreciated
• You coordinate the goods management from purchase to inventory in compliance with the given budget
• Complete various administrative tasks such as personnel and menu planning, ordering, catering offers, goods management or the daily e-mail processing

Requisiti

• Multi-year professional experience and proven management experience: in the catering / hotel industry
