Company and context
- coordination and assurance of timely production and delivery of the connected sites including quantity, quality and interface control
- Control of production volumes, control of goods costs and active reduction of overproduction and food waste
- Cooperation in menu planning as well as implementation and further development of recipes, production specifications and portion sizes
- Active participation in the kitchen as well as continuous development of operational processes
- Implementation, monitoring and compliance with quality standards, HACCP concept, occupational safety guidelines, audit requirements
