Company and context
- You assume the professional responsibility and organization of the room service
- For service planning, coordination and guidance of the team incl.
- Training new employees is your responsibility
- You ensure compliance with and further development of service and quality standards
- As an interface to the kitchen, care service and administration you ensure a smooth process
- When optimizing processes, you actively contribute your ideas and support their implementation
- The check-in and check-out of our patients you carry out independently
- Mise en place work (preparation and follow-up in the service area) you do reliably
- Administrative tasks as part of the room service and the day-to-day work of the station you take on independently and reliably
- You work closely with the nursing staff and other professional groups of the clinic and, if necessary, provide flexible support in other areas Requirements

- You bring several years of professional experience or training in the hotel, catering or service sector Ideally, you have nursing experience
- You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing, other languages are an advantage
