Main responsibilities
- As a team leader, you will take over the professional and personnel leadership of the subordinate employees in Facility Management.
- You are the central contact person for all facility management concerns.
- You ensure order, cleanliness, hygiene and a high quality of service for internal customers.
- You organize and monitor cleaning, hygiene and housekeeping services as well as other internal services and consumables.
- You control external FM service providers and partner companies and are responsible for their quality control.
- You support audits, inspections and operational visits and work on infrastructure, sustainability and optimization projects. Requirements
- You bring several years of professional experience in facility management, building or infrastructure management.: You have experience in managing employees as well as managing external service providers and partner companies.
- Completed basic or further education: in the technical, craft or commercial sector as well as further education in facility management, building management, business administration or similar.
- You are familiar with budget planning, cost control and performance indicators.
- You have knowledge of facility, building and infrastructure management as well as legal regulations in the areas of occupational safety, environment, hygiene and fire protection.
