Role overview

  • Together with the other team leaders, you will manage and coordinate an area with around 50 employees on site in the warehouse area and ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • In the professional and organizational management of the area, you support the head of the department and take over the full deputy during his absence
  • In the event of deviations, disruptions or personnel challenges, you act as the central contact person, analyze the causes and initiate suitable measures quickly.

  • You actively promote good cooperation between the teams, accompany the team leaders in their leadership work and drive the continuous optimization of processes
  • A completed basic training as a logistician EFZ or a comparable education forms your professional basis. Further training as a logistics specialist or logistics specialist with a Swiss certificate is an advantage
  • Several years of management experience in an operational logistics, production or shipping environment. Experience in leadership is beneficial
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a secure overview even in high work volumes and demanding situations distinguish you
  • As a responsible, assertive and team-oriented leader, you motivate employees, make decisions and strengthen cohesion in the team.
  • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as good knowledge of common IT systems round off your profile. Experience with warehouse management or logistics systems is an advantage
